ILLUSTRATION | DESIGN | ABOUT ME

Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia. The region known as the country's Golden Gate is most famous for our Carnaval, Nobel winner Gabriel Garcia Marquez and, of course, Shakira.

Upon graduating The Hartford Art School in 2000, The Hartford Courant hired me as a designer and I have been illustrating and designing for dollars ever since. I now spend my days designing for the Boston Globe Magazine and my nights illustrating for you.

My illustration and design work has been recognized by American Illustration, The Society of Publication Designers, The Society for News Design, Print's Regional Design Annual, Step Inside Design and The Connecticut Art Directors Club.

My clients include The Atlantic, The Boston Globe, Blurt Magazine, Burrell Communications, Chicago Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Fortune, The Globe and Mail, Hanley Wood Magazines, The Hartford Courant, Men's Journal, New York Magazine, Tennis Magazine, The St. Petersburg Times and Women's Health.
